I was born in Maine where I was raised by my parents, who I shared with my sister, brother, dog and cats.

I attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I was first inspired by seeing the work of Sandy Skoglund and Pete Turner. I studied camera operations with b/w films, working with 35mm, digital single-lens reflex, view, and Kodak Brownie cameras. He completed his BFA at the New Hampshire Institute of Art in 2015.

Since graduating, Daniel has worked as a freelance food photographer doing contractual photo assignments with a GrubHub. Also, he is a Photo Editor for Best View Imaging, a company that provides photography service for real estate agents. His work has been exhibited at varies galleries in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Washington D.C. and New York.
