In Environmental Photography class at New Hampshire Institute of Art, I was assigned a project related to environmental portraits. I came up with mom and pop stores in Brattleboro, Vermont, where I live. It's the unique of the store itself that reflect who is the owner. These people that I met and photographed are employees, owners, artists, gallery directors, or assistants.
